Curried Chicken

Split Chicken on the Bone

Rub your chicken with skin and bone with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 tspn per pound of chicken of Himalayan sea salt

Roast chicken at 350 for 35 minutes per pound.

10 minutes prior to finish roasting, drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey onto chicken and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of curry powder (we like to make our own, if you purchase beware of words like ‘spices’ or ‘yeast extract’ in powder mix which could be msg or gluten).

Remove chicken piercing deepest point near the bone, when runs clear liquid for 5 seconds, it is done.  Pour 1 16oz can of coconut milk (non bpa or fillers) over chicken and let set for 10 minutes before eating.
